Credomoda.com sends orders to its customers via various nationally and internationally recognised delivery companies. The date of the delivery to the home of the user depends on the availability of the selected product and the region, with the delivery time for orders with delivery within the Spanish peninsula being 1 to 3 business days, and 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the Spanish territory. For orders with a delivery address abroad, the delivery time will be one to two weeks. The specified delivery times are merely estimates.

DELIVERIES DURING SALES

During sales, delivery times within the Spanish peninsula can be up to 7 business days and over 7 business days for the islands and outside of Spain.

FREE SHIPPING

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more. Shipment costs to the islands appear on the website when placing, but prior to confirming, your order.
Europe: Shipping is free for delivery to any address for orders exceeding €200.
United Kingdom: Shipping is free for delivery to any address for orders exceeding £180.

DELIVERY COSTS OUTSIDE OF THE PENINSULA

The delivery costs for outside of the peninsula and abroad do not include the customs fees that may be incurred upon arrival, or the General Indirect Tax in the Canary Islands. These expenses will have to be paid upon receipt of the order and will be borne by the customer. The delivery is considered complete when the product is given to the customer by the courier and the recipient signs for the item to confirm receipt. It is up to the recipient to verify the products upon receipt and express any errors or complaints that may be justified. If, when delivery is made, the customer visibly and clearly, without needing to handle the delivery or the product packaging, detects that a product has faults caused by damage inflicted during the transport, or they detect, in the same way, an error in the goods received, they must indicate this on the delivery note, and communicate such to Credo by email at credo@credomoda.com or by telephone on 692 238 438 (Spain) or +34 971716 442 within the 24 hours of receipt of the order to request the return of the product or products affected and, with it, replacement for a new product

DELIVERY

Faults resulting from the transportation of the product, which are only detectable after removing the product from its packaging, must be communicated during the first 24 hours after the receipt of the order as indicated above, stating the order number, the damage caused to the product, and requesting the return of the product affected and, with it, its replacement for a new product or a refund of the price paid . Credo will examine it and inform the customer as to whether they are entitled to a replacement. Returns of products that are not in the same condition as that in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be permitted. The refund or replacement of the item will be effected as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days as from the date on which we send an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant product has been admitted. In these cases, Credo will return the money corresponding to the purchase within a period of 30 days as of the receipt of the communication from the User requesting the refund. The refund will be effected via the same payment method that was used to make the purchase, or by bank transfer made into the account indicated by the User. This refunds policy is only applicable to any product from the Credo online store.

You can also make your exchange through our online store by requesting it via email (replying to the purchase receipt that we sent you by email or at credo@credomoda.com indicating your order number). You can exchange it for another size or for an item of the same price. In this case, we send a courier to make the change. They will collect the item you want to exchange and deliver the new one. Delivery of the first exchange is free. The item must have the tags on and must not have been used.

Conditions of exchange/return

1. You have 15 days to return your order. The product should be returned in the same conditions as when it was received, with no signs of use, and the labels in place. Credo reserves the right to refuse to accept any items that are not in pristine condition.

2. If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or for something else), place a new order through our online store and return the unwanted item(s). 

 

3. How to make a return.

- Put the item(s) you wish to exchange or return and the delivery note you received with the order in a box (if possible, the same box the order came in). On the delivery note, please mark which items are in the box and tell us why you are returning them. Please send your return to the following address (the customer will incur the delivery costs):




- Once the return has been received, our post-sales department will get in touch with you to confirm the refund. It takes 7-10 days to process a return once it has been received by our logistics centre. Processing may take longer during sales periods
